In a bid to expand the services offered to the Chinsali Community, Kapasa Makasa University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Chinsali Municipal Council. 

Through this powerful partnership, the Chinsali Municipal Council Library now has access to a wide range of digital resources including e-books, e-journals and other online learning materials from the Kapasa Makasa University Library. 

This collaboaration is more than just shared resources; it's about uniting communities in a shared journey of learning, growth and opportunity.
